MTS Officine Meccaniche di Precisione S.p.A. was established in 1962 in Sirone (Lecco, Italy), with the aim of meeting the needs of the textile machinery industry, both in the spindle field and recently operating in the sale of complete machines with our RPR brand.
MTS directly supplies top textile machinery manufacturers and the most important spinning and twisting mills thanks to its technological development and the high level and customized after sales service.

Traditional spindles
MTS Spindles
Complete range of traditional spindles for ring-spinning, doubling machines and winders with related accessories such as spinning heads internal brakes, external brakes, pneumatically activated brakes. All spindles mounts MTS design bolster. Special attention has been paid to the dynamic balancing, according to ISO standards. Customized solutions can be designed according to customer’s requests.
Two for one spindles
MTS Spindles
Complete range of two one and cabling spindles both light - DTC series - and heavy – DTS series. Every spindles are available both with bolster with oil lubrication and with bearings for-life. Suitable for swinging bracket or fixed rail mounting, the spindles are equipped with a large selection of yarn tensioning devices and adaptors for every supply packages available on the market. MTS offers the possibility of yarn testing at its own test facilities. Balancing according to ISO standards.
Hollow spindles
MTS Spindles
This range has been designed for the finest covering yarn for hosiery and for fancy yarns for knitwear. Suitable for swinging bracket or fixed rail mounting, the spindles are equipped with a large selection of adaptors for the flanged bobbins available on the market. Balancing according to ISO standards. Bearings lubricated For-Life, specifically designed for high speed operation with no periodic maintenance requirements.
Covering machine
RPR by Errebi
Complete range of machines for both single and double covering of elastomeric core with different types of yarns. The machines have from 140 to 196 positions and are equipped with control and guide systems for the wire to meet the highest quality requirements of the product. The structure supports a max speed of the spindles up to 28.000g/ 1’ depending on the yarn type and the size of the bobbin used. Wide counts range from 11 to 2,200 dtex for yarn and 20-120GG for the elastomeric core can be processed.
Two for one twister
RPR by Errebi
Complete range of two for one twisters with or without heater, placed on one or two decks. They can fit cabling and both spindles light - DTC series - and heavy - DTS series. he fibers are: polyamide, polyester, polypropylene, acetate, rayon, silk. All fibers can be continuous filament flat or textured. Feeding packages are bottle bobbins, flanged bobbins, pirns and heavy packages depending on models and spindles they are equipped with. The machines go from 60 to 240 positions. Speeds go from 8,000 rpm for heavy spindles to 18,000 rpm for light spindles. Twists are according to yarns.
